The product must be unused.
The packaging must be complete, including original accessories, instruction manual, and packaging box.
The product must not be damaged by human error.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, used, or damaged by human error.
Wear and tear caused by personal use.
4. Refund Process
Once the return is confirmed to meet the return conditions, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
The refund will be returned to the original payment account.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs for non-quality related issues will be borne by the customer.
Return shipping costs due to product quality issues will be borne by us.
