30-Day Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

30-Day Return Conditions

  • Exchanges and refunds are accepted within 30 days from the date the order is received.

  • Products must be returned in new, unused, resalable condition.

  • Items showing wear, scratches, damage, breakage, or alteration are not eligible and may be discarded.

  • Farasute is not responsible for lost or damaged return items that do not arrive at our warehouse.

  • Farasute provides exchanges or reshipments for packages lost in transit.

  • Refunds will not be issued for transit-lost packages.

Required Documentation

When returning an item, please include:

  • Your tracking number

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

Important Notes

  1. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.Please contact us to obtain a return authorization form.

  2. For exchanges involving a change in item or size, the price difference will be recalculated.

  3. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

  4. Only one return is allowed per order.

  5. A 10% operational fee (based on order value) will be deducted from all eligible returns.

  6. Customs clearance costs during the return process must be paid by the customer. 

  7. No returns are allowed once the item has been shipped until it has reached its destination.

Address Information Responsibility

To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date shipping information.

If a package cannot be delivered, is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unresponsive delivery address, Farasute is not responsible and will not issue refunds or replacements.

If you discover an address error before shipment, please contact us immediately so we can assist in updating the information.

Farasute does not cover or reimburse any return shipping or reshipping fees except in the cases below:

Exceptions

  • Incorrect item received
    Customer must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Damaged or defective item
    Customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos/videos.

One-Year Warranty Policy

Farasute offers a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal use.

Warranty Repair Options

  1. Repair by Farasute,Customers may mail the product to us for professional repair.After repair, the item will be returned to the customer.

  2. Self-Repair with Parts Provided.For minor issues, we can mail the necessary components so customers can repair the item themselves.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees (both ways) for warranty repair or replacement parts are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Covers

  • Mechanical malfunctions

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Functional issues under normal wear

Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, drops

  • Unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs

  • Wear-and-tear, accidental damage, or cosmetic issues

Warranty starts from the date the package is delivered to the customer.

How to Return

Please contact our service team before sending any item back.

After your return is approved, carefully pack the item in its original packaging, together with receipts, and any required documentation.

Customers are responsible for providing their own return shipping label.

Our support team will provide the appropriate return address upon approval.

Return Processing Time

It typically takes 2–3 weeks to receive and process your return from the date you ship it.

Once processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Refunds are issued to your bank account within 2–10 business days, depending on the bank.
