Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays).During promotional activities or peak order periods, the processing time may be extended to 5 working days, and we will notify you in a timely manner.
Tracking information:Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.Please monitor the tracking updates provided by the carrier.
2. Shipping Method
We cooperate with internationally renowned express delivery companies such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS to provide you with fast and efficient transportation services. We use reliable international logistics service providers and select the appropriate shipping method based on the destination.
3. Shipping Time
International delivery typically takes 3–12 business days.
Actual delivery times may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather, or local logistics conditions.
If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you experience any delivery issues (including missing packages, incorrect delivery, or visible damage), please contact us within 3 days from the delivery date shown in the tracking system.
If no notification is received within 3 days, the order will be considered successfully delivered, and we may be unable to process related claims or requests.

5. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: Orders over USD $199 qualify for free express shipping.
Shipping Fee: Orders under USD $199 incur a flat rate of USD $20.
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed on the checkout page. The final cost will be as shown on the checkout page.
All shipping fees, including Standard Shipping, Express Shipping, and DHL Dedicated Shipping, are non-refundable in the event of a return.
6. Taxes and Duties
Some countries may impose import taxes or customs duties,International express shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
