We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in unworn condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Are your watches water resistant?
Most Farasute watches are water resistant to 100 meters (10 ATM), making them suitable for swimming and everyday water exposure. However, we do not recommend wearing them while diving or in hot showers.
What type of movements do you use?
Farasute watches feature both self-winding automatic and reliable quartz movements, depending on the model. Each movement is tested and regulated before assembly to ensure precision timekeeping.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all Farasute watches come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please contact us with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, as long as they haven’t been shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@farasute.com with your order number.
